02Definitions

Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (data subject).

Processing — any operation performed on personal data (collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, deletion, etc.).

03What we process

When you submit the waitlist form: the email address you provide.

Automatically upon submission and browsing: your IP address, date and time, browser/device information (user-agent), and the fact and date of your consent. These are processed for security and to prevent automated abuse.

We do not request or intentionally collect special categories of personal data.

04Purposes

Operating the waitlist and contacting you about early access to Panoptes.

Keeping the Site available and secure, and preventing spam and abuse.

Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (only with your consent; see the Cookie Policy).

05Legal bases

Your email is processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1) of 152-FZ; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Technical data is processed for security based on our legitimate interest in protecting the Site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

06Consent and withdrawal

Consent is given by ticking the checkbox in the form before submission. Providing consent is voluntary.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@pntx.io. Upon withdrawal, processing stops and the data is deleted unless another lawful ground for retention applies.

07Storage and localization

Recording, systematization, accumulation and storage of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of 152-FZ).

Personal data is retained until the purposes are met — until product launch or until you withdraw consent / request deletion, whichever comes first. Analytics is retained in aggregate only.

08Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Data is processed on our own server infrastructure. Notifications about new submissions are sent to our team via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), so the content of your submission (including your email) may be transmitted to Telegram servers, including cross-border transfer. By submitting the form you consent to this transfer for the purpose of handling your request.

Web analytics (Umami) is self-hosted on our own infrastructure and is not shared with third parties.

09Security

We apply appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: transport encryption (HTTPS), access restriction, service isolation, and form anti-abuse protection.

10Your rights

You may obtain information about the processing of your data and request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent (Art. 14 of 152-FZ).

EEA data subjects additionally have GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
